Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mora Tactical (moratactical.co.uk). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are usually processed within [1-2] business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during sales events or peak seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Note: The cut-off time for Next Day Delivery is [2:00 PM GMT]. Orders placed for Next Day Delivery after this time will be processed the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (UK)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use reputable couriers such as [Royal Mail, InPost].

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with our courier partners.

3. International Shipping

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mora Tactical is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred by Mora Tactical.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24 hours]. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [Enquiries@moratactical.co.uk] with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required to file a claim with the courier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery depot. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within [7 days] of the expected delivery date so we can open an investigation with the courier.

7. Restricted Items

Optional: Use this section if you sell items like knives, airsoft, or certain tactical gear with legal shipping restrictions.

Please note that certain items on our website are age-restricted or have specific legal shipping requirements in the UK. By purchasing these items, you verify that you are over 18 years of age. These items may be shipped via an age-verified delivery service, and you will be required to show valid photo ID to the courier upon delivery.
